Return Policy

ZINK will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise, within 14 business days from the delivery date. 

All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, warranty cards, hangtags, spare links, plastic protectors, etc.). 

Jewellery must have the original, non-damaged packaging within 10 business days from the delivery date.  

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? 

To start your return, please locate your order number. Once you have printed your return label, attach the label to your return package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label 

 Receive a damaged item? 

If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, please keep all packaging, contents and immediately contact us Our customer service professionals may request photos of the packaging to submit a damage claim with the carrier. 

Gifts with Purchase?! 

Free or discounted items shipped as a promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. 

A few things to remember: 

  • Please make sure you are only returning item/s that your return label has listed. Any additional item/s may not be processed properly if there is no return requested for it. 
  • Please choose the appropriate reason for return from the dropdown, this ensures that your return is processed accordingly. 
  • Please allow up to 3:5 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed. 
  • Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment. 

How long does it take to process my return? 

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours. 

  • Once your return is received by the above agent(s), reviewed and inspected (usually within 3 – 5 business days of receipt),  
  • Your refund will be processed by ZINK. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days.  
  • Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account.  
  • Be advised that the initial shipping fee incurred by ZINK, will be deducted from the refunded amount on returned orders that were dispatched via ground shipping. 
  • We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected.
